The Pursuit of SuperLongevity

Your Health, Taken to Another Level.

Eternaal Health bridges the gap between routine care and peak vitality. We use proven longevity markers—VO₂ max, metabolic health, inflammation, cardiovascular risk, and epigenetics—to build your personalized roadmap

80%

Elite VO₂ max slashes your risk of death by 80%¹

25%

Genetics only accounts for only 25% of lifespan; the rest is modifiable.²³⁴

45%

Up to 45% of cancers are preventable with modifiable behaviors.⁵

OUR FOUNDER
After 15 years practicing emergency medicine, I saw what happens when we wait. I built Eternaal Health because I wanted the system I couldn’t find: Celebrity and executive level diagnostics plus a practical plan that actually changes outcomes.  I started with my own genetics and epigenetics, VO₂ max, DEXA, CGM, advanced longevity labs (not ordered by PCP), then changed my life using the results.  Now I help patients do the same: measure what matters, act on it, and keep improving.  I help people  build a sustainable long-term plan to live longer-stronger.
