Longevity Medicine 3.0 for 40+
OUR FOUNDER
After 15 years in emergency medicine, I saw what happens when we wait. I built Eternaal Health to change that. An advanced longevity practice designed for people who want control, not prescriptions.
Medicine 3.0 is prevention-focused. We target the real causes of decline—cardiovascular disease, metabolic dysfunction, cancer, and cognitive loss and address them long before symptoms appear.
I started with my own data: genetics, epigenetics, VO₂ max, DEXA, CGM, and Advanced Longevity Labs that most primary care physicians never order. The results transformed my health trajectory.
Now I help clients do the same. Measure what matters, act on it, and sustain it for life. My mission is simple: build a clear, data-driven plan that helps you live longer and stay stronger.

After more than a decade practicing Emergency Medicine, I thought I
understood health until I went through Joe’s Eternaal Health program. The precision testing and data interpretation revealed what truly drives longevity. The VO₂ max, DEXA, and advanced blood analysis reshaped how I train and manage my health. My key markers have already improved, and I feel better than I have in years.

Testimonials
What Clients are Saying about Us.
"I completed the executive-level program that included genetics, blood work, VO₂ max testing, DEXA scans, and even a full-body MRI. While my VO₂max was great, my cholesterol and visceral fat levels were concerning. This experience was both eye-opening and motivating.
As a result, I now have more energy, a sharper mind, and genuine confidence in the direction of my health. This is what modern prevention should look like. Everyone should do this!"

“I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years and thought I understood my body well. However, genetic and epigenetic testing revealed insights I never could have imagined.
This preventative testing, analysis and interpretation of my own data, transformed my perspective on health. There is so much information out there today. This approach has helped me identify the key areas I need to prioritize and focus on — those that truly impact my health and longevity. If you are considering this program, I highly recommend it."
